How to Register for Your Club Membership

Welcome! We are excited to have you join our club. Registering for a membership is a simple, multi-step process that ensures all your family information is correct and your digital ID cards are ready for your first visit.

Follow this guide to complete your registration.

Step 1: Visit the "Join Today" Page

Your club will provide you with a unique link to their registration portal (e.g., poolmms.com/o/your-club-slug).

  • Browse the available membership types (e.g., "Full Family", "Individual").
  • Click Select on the membership that best fits your needs.

Step 2: Welcome and Introduction

You will see a welcome message from the club explaining the benefits and specifics of your chosen membership. Read through this information and click Continue to start.

Step 3: Create Your Family Account

If you don't already have an account, you will be asked to provide your family's basic information and a primary email address.

  • Note: This email will be your primary login for the member portal where you can access your digital ID cards later.

Step 4: Add Your Family Members

Now, add each person who will be included in this membership.

  • For each person, you'll need to provide their First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
  • Ensure the spelling is correct, as this is what will appear on their ID cards.

Step 5: Review Pricing

The system will automatically calculate your total membership cost based on the number of members you've added and any applicable fees. Review the breakdown to ensure everything is correct.

Step 6: Agreements and Waivers

To protect both you and the club, you will be asked to review and agree to the club's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any Liability Waivers.

  • Scroll through the text and check the box to indicate your agreement. You cannot proceed without completing this step.

Step 7: Secure Payment

Choose your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page. Once payment is confirmed, your membership is active immediately.
  • Check (if allowed): You will see instructions on where to mail or drop off your check. Your membership will remain "Pending" until the club receives and records your payment.

Step 8: Registration Complete!

Once finished, you will see a confirmation screen and receive a welcome email.

  • Digital ID Cards: You can now log in to the Member Portal to download your digital ID cards to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. These will be scanned at the front desk when you visit the pool!
