CRM Activation and Onboarding

Before you can begin accepting registrations, you must activate the CRM for your organization and complete the Stripe onboarding process. This ensures that all payments collected during registration are securely routed to your organization's bank account.

1. Verification

Ensure your organization is subscribed to the CRM.

  • Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
  • Look for the CRM section in the sidebar.
  • If you see a "No Access" message, your organization may not be subscribed or your user account lacks the necessary permissions (com.poolmms.admin.crm.basic).

2. Stripe Onboarding

PoolMMS uses Stripe for all financial transactions. Even if you plan to accept check payments, Stripe must be configured to finalize the CRM setup.

  1. Navigate to CRM > Onboarding.
  2. Click Connect with Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe to create or link an account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your organization's legal and banking information.
  4. Once completed, you will be returned to PoolMMS.
  5. Click Finish Setup to activate the CRM features.

Important: Your organization must have "Charges Enabled" in Stripe before PoolMMS will allow you to open registrations. You can check this status on the CRM Onboarding page.

3. Email Confirmation

To ensure system notifications and receipts are delivered reliably, verify that the administrator email address associated with your CRM is confirmed. Use the CRM > Confirm Email tool if you need to resend a confirmation link to any staff members.
