PoolMMS CRM Registration Introduction

The PoolMMS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is an all-in-one solution for managing your club's memberships, registrations, and communications. Unlike the "Non-CRM" setup which relies on external data sources or simple member imports, the CRM allows you to host the entire registration process—from initial signup to payment—directly within PoolMMS.

How it Works

When the CRM is active, your organization gains a dedicated "Join Today!" page. You can create multiple Registration Types (e.g., "Full Family Membership", "Individual Senior Membership") with their own pricing and requirements. Once a member completes registration and payment, their account is automatically activated and ready for use at the front desk.

Note: The CRM is a premium feature. If you do not see CRM options in your admin sidebar, contact PoolMMS support to upgrade your subscription.
