CRM Settings and Content
CRM Settings and Content
Once onboarding is complete, you should configure the global content that appears across your registration portal. These settings provide the "face" of your club to prospective members.
Registrations Page Content
This is the "Join Today!" landing page. It is often the first thing new members see.
- Location: CRM > Settings > Registrations Page Content
- Usage: Use the rich text editor to add welcoming images, club descriptions, or current season highlights.
- Pro-Tip: Include a link to your club's main website or a "Contact Us" email for questions.
Legal Content
All members must agree to your club's legal terms before they can complete registration.
- Location: CRM > Settings > Legal Content
- Usage: This area should contain your Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any Liability Waivers.
- Effect: During the registration flow, members will be presented with this content and required to check a box indicating their agreement. Registration cannot proceed without this confirmation.
Branding
Your organization's branding (Logo, Primary/Secondary colors) is pulled from your general Organization Settings. Ensure these are up-to-date, as they are used to style the registration portal and the digital ID cards (Apple/Google Wallet) issued to members.
Note: You can preview your registration landing page at any time by clicking the View link next to the "Registrations Page Content" label in settings.
